An audit is a structured look at a website from one angle, with a clear result: what works, what doesn’t, and what to do about it, in order of impact. I run audits on four areas, alone or combined, for your own site or before a relaunch.
SEO audit: found in search
Crawling, indexing, on-page signals, performance, backlinks and a comparison with the competitors that rank where you want to be. Each step is described in What an SEO audit covers.
GEO audit: cited by AI
How AI assistants answer the questions your customers ask, whether you are named and how, which sources they use, how readable and quotable your content is, and whether AI crawlers can access your site.
Performance audit: fast for real users
Loading times and Core Web Vitals from lab tests and real visitors, image and font delivery, scripts and third-party tags, caching and hosting, with the effect each fix is expected to have.
Security audit: closed doors
HTTPS and TLS settings, security headers, software versions and known vulnerabilities, logins and permissions, forms, backups, and the domain and email settings (DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) that protect against spoofing. Audits are passive checks of what is publicly visible plus a review with access you provide; nothing is attacked.
Result: what you get
A report in plain language, a prioritised list of fixes with the effort and effect of each, and a session to go through it. If you like, I implement the fixes afterwards.
